02 — The Role
What you'll build
You'll work across the full stack — from Rust backend systems to React-based developer tooling — building products that reduce cognitive load when exploring large codebases. Real users, real feedback, real ship velocity.
Tech stack
We value correctness and performance. Rust for systems work, TypeScript + React for the interface layer. Prior experience with C++, Svelte, Vue, or Python is a bonus.
Mentorship
Anicet worked at the European Space Agency on black hole detection. You'll have daily direct mentoring, not ticket-queue onboarding. Expect to learn fast and ship faster.
Outcome
You'll see the full picture — product, fundraising, hiring, first customers. That's worth more than any MBA. Strong performers receive a job offer and relocation support to San Francisco.

Any level. What matters is an impressive will to learn and build.
BAC+0 to BAC+10 — we don't care about your year. We care about what you've shipped and what drives you.
Strong technical foundation relative to wherever you are. Curiosity and rigour matter more than years of experience.
Must be able to work on-site in Paris, 13th district. This is an in-person role — the daily mentoring requires it.
Drawn to the early-stage adventure. Ambiguity, high ownership, and real stakes excite rather than intimidate you.
Great English fluency. We work in English — written and verbal — with an international team and international ambitions.
